Most reader questions fall into a handful of categories: who we are, how we handle mistakes, whether our market notes are advice and how tips are protected. Scan both columns below — you should find what you need in under two minutes.

Is NewsRush a marketing agency or PR service?

No. NewsRush Pte. Ltd. is an independent editorial newsroom. We do not sell content marketing, social media management, influencer campaigns or paid placement in rush editions.

Is NewsRush affiliated with the Singapore government or state media?

No. NewsRush is privately incorporated (UEN 202918537M) and editorially independent. We cover public policy when it affects business, technology and urban life, but we do not carry government messaging contracts.

Do you guarantee accuracy of market data?

No. Markets Rush provides editorial context — not investment advice. Consult a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.

How fast do you publish corrections?

Material factual errors are corrected within two hours of verification during desk hours (07:00–19:00 SGT). All corrections are noted at the bottom of the updated story.

What is the difference between Rush and Brief formats?

Rush editions are full editorial cycles with multiple sections. Brief formats are compressed, single-page summaries designed for inbox reading and team distribution.

Can I submit a confidential news tip?

Yes. Use the contact form and select "News tip." We protect confidential sources where possible and do not disclose tipster identities to third parties without consent.

Do you cover political campaigns or endorse candidates?

No. NewsRush does not campaign for political parties or endorse candidates. Partisan commentary is outside our editorial scope.

How do I subscribe to the Morning Rush brief?

Use the newsletter field in our site footer or the contact form with inquiry type "Rush briefing." Morning Rush delivers weekdays at 08:35 SGT.
